Las Vegas gets some of the best solar resource in the country. We design and install residential rooftop systems end to end — site assessment, engineering, permitting, NV Energy interconnection, and workmanship-backed installation. Serving Spring Valley and the surrounding area with solar installation.
Get a Free Spring Valley QuoteEvery roof is different. We design array layout and inverter sizing around your roof, shading, and usage — not a one-size template.
Tier-1 panels and quality inverters chosen for desert heat tolerance and long warranties.
We handle city permitting and NV Energy interconnection paperwork start to finish.
Installation backed by a workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer coverage.
Spring Valley, west of the Strip, is unincorporated Clark County, so solar permits and inspections go through the county rather than the City of Las Vegas. We prepare the plan set, file it, and schedule the final inspection that has to pass before NV Energy approves interconnection. The complete sequence is on how solar installation works.
Spring Valley has many single-story homes built from the 1980s onward. A single-story roof is easy to access, but hip roofs and multiple small planes can limit how many panels actually fit. We sketch the realistic array on your real roof planes, after fire-code setbacks, so the production estimate reflects panels that will physically be installed.
Spring Valley also has plenty of townhomes and attached homes where the roof may be owned or maintained by an association. Before design, we confirm who controls the roof and what written approval is needed. Detached homes skip this step, but for attached units it’s the first thing we check so nobody spends time on a layout that can’t be approved.
Rain is scarce here, so dust builds up on panels between storms. An occasional rinse helps, but Las Vegas tap water is hard and can leave mineral spots if it dries on hot glass. Rinse early in the morning while panels are cool, or use filtered water. More owner questions are answered on the FAQ page.
